In the evening of Dec. 26th, the award ceremony of China’s Top Ten Happiest Cities in 2010 was held in Changsha, and twenty cities got this “happy” prize.
The most pleasing cities are: Hangzhou, Chengdu, Changsha, Kunming, Nanjing, Changchun, Chongqing, Guangzhou, Tonghua, Wuxi; and the most adorable counties are: Jiangyin, Yixing, Changsha, Yuyao, Tengzhou, Tongliang, Haicheng, Taicang, Laizhou, Jiaozhou.
Besides, the Special Achievement For People Award went to Hangzhou and Chengdu; Kunming, Changsha and Changchun got golden prize.
The organizer put the citizen’s subjective feelings at the first place in the evaluation system and particularly analyze the Chinese cities construction through twenty index, such as the kindness of a city, traffic condition, medical condition, education quality, atmosphere, the prices of house and commodity.
