Harbin won the top one of tourist city in China recommended by netizen all over the world in a high rate. It took 7 months and interested 80 cities all over the country as nomination and also many media home or abroad to fully publicize. In the amount of 5642598 votes, Harbin received the most messages votes for its “ European Continental-Style”. The unique snow skiing, skating, ice or snow sculpture, and hundreds of European constructions, the Central Avenue are exactly the shinning point among the competitors.
The votes came from above 100 countries. Most netizen love Harbin cause its special landscape and European style especially the Russians and North Americans and that’s why Harbin won this time.
