The provincial government recently issued a circular requires that all financial institutions and CUP Shaanxi Branch increased the number of POS machines,ATM machines to provide better services in Horticultural Pavilion surrounding areas.
By the time of April,2011, the province's ATM machines and POS machines need to be increased by 10% on the basis of the end of 2009. At the same time, the trading card spendings account for ore than 30% of the province's share of total retail sales. |
