Day1 Arrival in Xining (L+D)
Upon arrival in Xining, our guide will pick you up at the airport and transfer to the hotel. Then visit the Qinghai Lake, the Sun and Moon Mountain and the Back-Flow River. On the way back, visit the Gold and Silver Grassland.

Day2 Xining (B+L+D)
Having breakfast in the hotel and then visit the Ta'er Monastery and have a family visit at the Huzhu Tu People's Residence. After dinner, our guide will see you off at the railway station for Lhasa.

Day3 Taking Tibet Train
Enjoy the sceneries along the way to Tibet by Tibet train. Upon arrival in Lhasa in the evening, our guide will pick you up at the railway station and transfer to the hotel.

Day4 Lhasa (B+L+D)
After breakfast in the hotel, visit the Potala Palace, the Jokhang Temple and Barkhor Market. They are must sights in Lhasa. Enjoy a Tibetan dinner and local song and dance show at night.

Day5 Lhasa to Shigatse (B+L+D)
Drive to visit the Yamdroktso Lake, one of the three holy lakes in Tibet. After that, drive to Shigatse. On the way, visit the Karuola Glacier and Palkhor Monastery which is one of the most important Tibetan monasteries in Shigatse. Arrive in Shigatse City.

Day6 Shigatse to Lhasa (B+L+D)
After breakfast, the guide will visit the seat of Panchen Lama-Tashilhunpo Monastery. Have lunch and then drive back to Lhasa.

Day7 Lhasa Departure (B)
