Day1 Arrival in Beijing (B)
When arriving in Beijing, our guide will pick you up in the airport and drive you to the hotel. You are free to explore the city for the rest of the day.

Day2 Beijing (B+L+D)
The guide will take you to the Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City and the Temple of Heaven. All these three are very famous scenic spots in Beijing.

Day3 Beijing (B+L+D)
You will be taken to the Mutianyu Great Wall to feel its majesty. Then you will visit the Qianmen. In the evening you can enjoy the world famous Peking Roast Duck in Quanjude Restaurant. Vegetarian meal is available.

Day4 Beijing to Lhasa (B+L+D)
Fly to Lhasa and meet the guide at the airport. Drive to the hotel in Lhasa City. The rest of the day will be left to you to explore the city.

Day5 Lhasa (B+L+D)
Our guide will take you to visit the widely known Potala Palace and the Jokhang Temple. In the afternoon, enjoy exploring the Barkhor Street, which is famous for the local handcrafts and very special souvenirs.

Day6 Lhasa (B+L+D)
Visit the Norbulingka (the summer palace of Dalai Lama) and Sera Monastery (one of the largest monasteries in Tibet). You can have chance to learn more about the life of lamas. Visit a local family in the afternoon.

Day7 Lhasa to Beijing (B+L+D)
After breakfast, our guide will take you to the Gonggar airport to take a flight to Beijing. The rest of the day in Beijing is left for your own.
