Day1 Arrival in Beijing (B)
Pick you up in the airport and then transfer to the hotel. The other time is left for your own.

Day2 Beijing (B+L+D)
The Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City and the Temple of Heaven will be in the list. Our guide will let you have a wonderful memory of the trip.

Day3 Beijing (B+L+D)
One-day excursion to Mutianyu Great Wall and century-old Qianmen. Peking Roast Duck dinner will be served in Quanjude Restaurant in the evening. Vegetarian meal is available.

Day4 Beijing to Lhasa (B+L+D)
Fly from Beijing to Lhasa. The guide will pick you up in the airport and take you to the hotel. The rest of the day you will be free for yourself.

Day5 Lhasa (B+L+D)
This morning we will visit the Potala Palace and the Jokhang Temple. In the afternoon, enjoy exploring the Barkhor Street, which is very much famous for the local handcrafts and very special souvenirs.

Day6 Lhasa (B+L+D)
Visit the Norbulingka-the summer palace of Dalai Lama and the Sera Monastery-one of the largest monasteries in Tibet. The debating of Lamas in the Sera Monastery will give a deep impression. Enjoy a local family visit in the afternoon.

Day7 Lhasa to Beijing (B+L+D)
After breakfast, take a morning flight back to Beijing. You will enjoy your leisure time for the rest of day in Beijing.
