Day1 Arrival in Beijing (D)
Your guide will pick you up at Beijing airport and drive you to the hotel. You are free to explore the city for the rest of great wall the day.

Day2 Beijing (B+L+D)
Visit the Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City and the Temple of Heaven.

Day3 Beijing (B+L+D)
One day excursion to Mutianyu Great Wall and century-old Qianmen, Beijing Roasted Duck dinner served at the original, Quan Ju De Restaurant in the evening. (Vegetarian meal is available for the vegetarians).

Day4 Beijing to Lhasa (B+L+D)
Take a flight to Lhasa and meet the guide at the Gonggar Airport. And then drive to the hotel in city. The rest of the day is free for you to recover from the Acute Mountain Sickness or visit local bazaar on your own.

Day5 Lhasa (B+L+D)
This morning visit the Potala Palace, landmark of Tibet and the Jokhang Temple-the most sacred temple in Tibet, refers to 'uddha' House in Tibetan language. In the afternoon, enjoy exploring the Barkhor Street, one of the most important religious paths and is famous for the local handcrafts and very special souvenirs.

Day6 Lhasa (B+L+D)
Visit the Norbulingka, the summer palace of Dalai Lama and Sera Monastery which was found in 1419 by Sakya Yeshe, a disciple of Tsongkhapa there you can learn more about the life of lamas and to see the sutra debating of lamas. If time permits, a local family visit can be arranged for you.

Day7 Lhasa to Shanghai (B+L+D)
After breakfast, your guide will take you to the Gonggar Airport which will take a short-time drive from the hotel. Fly to Shanghai and then you will enjoy your leisure time for the rest of day in Shanghai.

Day8 Shanghai (B+L+D)
You will take a walk along the famous waterfront, visit the Shanghai Museum which has a rich collection of ancient Chinese art work. Then continue to visit the Yuyuan Garden, a famous Chinese classic garden and the Jade Buddha Temple.

Day9 Shanghai Departure (B)
After breakfast your guide will take you to the international airport and see off.
