Day1 Arrival in Beijing (D)
The guide will meet you at the airport and transfer you to the hotel. You are free for the rest time of the day.

Day2 Beijing (B+L+D)
You will visit the Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City and the Summer Palace. The Tiananmen Square is the largest city square in the world where Chairman Mao announced the birth of the new China. The Forbidden City was the imperial palace of both the Ming and Qing dynasties; while the Summer Palace is honored as the Royal Garden Museum.

Day3 Beijing (B+L+D)
Today you will come to visit the world famous Badaling Great Wall-one of the best preserved section of the entire Great Wall. Then go to visit the Ming Tombs, which is the burial site for thirteen Ming emperors. On the way back, you have chance to appreciate the exterior of the National Stadium (Bird Nest) and the Water Cube.

Day4 Beijing to Shanghai (B+L+D)
In the morning, the guide will take you to visit the Temple of Heaven, the scared place for 24 emperors of Ming and Qing dynasties to worship for the good harvest. Take flight to Shanghai to stroll along the Nanjing Road or the Bund to taste this charming city.

Day5 Shanghai (B+L+D)
You will have a full day tour to the Yuyuan Garden, the Jade Buddha Temple and the Oriental Pearl TV Tower. Built in the Ming Dynasty, the Yuyuan Garden is a very famous garden throughout China. The Jade Buddha Temple has been 120 years old. Though located in the downtown area, the Jade Buddha Temple is a tranquil place to rest your soul; while standing on the Oriental Pearl TV Tower, you can have a magnificent view of the entire Shanghai City, especially at night. (In the evening you can enjoy an optional acrobatic show.)
