Day1 Arrival in Beijing (D)
Our guide will pick you up at Beijing airport and drive you to the hotel. You are free to explore the city for the rest of the day.

Day2 Beijing (B+L+D)
After breakfast in the hotel, you will go to visit the Badaling Great Wall-the most famous section of Great Wall to experience the wonder of the world. After lunch in a local popular restaurant, you will take bus ride to the Wangfujing Street where you will have one-hour free time to stroll in this traffic-free street and absorb the vibrant atmosphere of Beijing. Enjoy the acrobatic show after dinner.

Day3 Beijing (B+L+D)
Today's destinations are the Forbidden City and the Tiananmen Square. Next you will visit the Temple of Heaven, the place where the Emperors worshipped the Heaven for good harvests. Then you will go to a mosque located in Ox Street. It is free for Moslems. You will be served with a delicious Moslem food tonight.

Day4 Beijing to Xian (B+L+D)
You will take morning flight to Xian. Upon arrive in Xian, you will check in Hotel and have lunch. After that, visit the Shaanxi History Museum and the Bell Tower and Drum Tower Square where you will absorb the atmosphere of the ancient city.

Day5 Xian (B+L+D)
After breakfast, you will go to visit the majestic Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum and will have lunch in the local restaurant. In the afternoon you will visit the very unique Great Mosque. In the evening you will go to the Tang Palace to enjoy the culture show of the Tang Dynasty.

Day6 Xian to Dunhuang (B+L+D)
Today you will visit the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and the City Wall and then take the afternoon flight to Dunhuang and transfer to the Hotel. Have dinner there.

Day7 Dunhuang to Turpan (B+L+D)
After breakfast, you will go to visit one of the famous grottoes-Mogao Caves, see the Crescent Spring and Singing Sand Dune (an optional chance to ride camel there). A visit to the Great Mosque before the train trip to Turpan.

Day8 Turpan (B+L+D)
Upon your arrival to Turpan, you will be transferred to the hotel then start your tour to the Jiaohe Ancient Ruins, the Karez Well. After Lunch, visit the Emin Minaret. After dinner, enjoy local ethnic culture show.

Day9 Turpan to Urumqi (B+L+D)
After breakfast, go to visit the Gaochang Ancient Ruins, the Astana Ancient Tombs and the Bizaklik Thousand Buddha Caves. On the way you will pass through the Flaming Mountain. Then drive to Urumqi (180 km) and then check in the Ramada hotel.

Day10 Urumqi to Kashgar (B+L+D)
After breakfast, go to visit the Great Mosque then Xinjiang Museum and the local bazaar. After lunch take a flight to Kashgar and transfer to the hotel.

Day11 Kashgar to Urumqi (B+L+D)
Today you will visit the famous old Id Kah Mosque and the Abakh Khoja Tomb-tomb of imperial concubine. Take a flight back to Urumqi and transfer to the hotel.

Day12 Urumqi to Shanghai (B+L+D)
You will take the morning flight to Shanghai and transfer to the hotel and have lunch. You will have some free time to stroll along the Bund to experience the thrills of old Shanghai.

Day13 Shanghai (B+L+D)
You will go to visit the Jade Buddha Temple and go shopping in Town God Temple Old Street. Have lunch in a local restaurant. Taking sightseeing tunnel to Pudong and visiting Lujiazui Finance Center and Binjiang Avenue as an optional tour (at your own expenses).

Day14 Shanghai Departure (B)
After breakfast you will be picked up by the guide and transferred to the airport for your home flight. |
