Day1 (July 19) Arrival in Shanghai (D)
Upon your arrival, the guide will pick you up and transfer you to the hotel. The rest of the day is on your own to explore this charming city. The night view of Shanghai is highly recommended. Stroll along the Nanjing Road, you will definitely be attracted by its neon lights and cute stores.

Day2 (July 20) Shanghai to Hangzhou (B+L)
You will have a full day tour to the Yuyuan Garden. Built in the Ming Dynasty, a very famous garden throughout China, Jade Buddha Temple is located in the downtown area. The temple is a tranquil place to rest your soul. Then visit the Bund. Take a soft seat train to Hangzhou (1.5 hour) and transfer to the hotel.

Day3 (July 21) Hangzhou (B+L)
Visit the Lingyin Temple (Temple of Inspired Seclusion) and the West Lake. Known as the jewel of Hangzhou, the West Lake is surrounded by hills on three sides and faces downtown Hangzhou on the fourth side. It has two causeways, Bai and Su, which separate the lake into five parts. Proceed to Longjing Tea Village, where you can have a nice cup of the famous Longjing tea. Drive to Anji (1.5 hours) hotel near the observation venue of your solar eclipse tour.

Day4 (July 22) Hangzhou to Shanghai(B+L)
Head for the Tianhuangping, the second biggest reservoir and power station in the world. It is the best observation venue for the Solar Eclipse. And then the guide will take you to tour around Tianhuangping then back to Hongzhou to take train for Shanghai.

Day5 (July 23) Shanghai Departure (B)
Your tour is over and you depart from hotel to the airport for your next destination. |
