Forest of Stone Tablets Museum

Located at the former site of Confucian Temple in SanXue Street, Xi'an, the countyard museum is the first museum of stone calligraphy in China. It covers area of 3,000 square meters and collects over 3,000 stone tablets from Han Dynasty to Qing Dynasty. "Xi'an Forest of Stone Tablets" and  "Art of Stone Sculpture" are two main exhibitions in the museum. Jingyun Bell of Tang Dynasty weighing 6 tons was awarded world-class bell in the "1964 world Bell Fair".
